When preparing the document according to sub-section (2) of section 29, the document should be prepared in such a way that the main reason related to the document is clearly identified.
(2) When revealing the identity according to sub-section (1), three genealogical details including father, mother, grandfather, grandmother and self, name of husband or wife, citizenship number, age, date of issuance of citizenship and district, permanent residence address and temporary residence of the concerned person shall be provided. Including the address and if he is a foreign citizen, his citizenship details, passport number, passport issuing country and date of passport issuance and his address, email address, phone number should be mentioned.
(3) According to this paragraph, when the guardian or Mathwar is registered in the Rohbar, the guardian's or Mathwar's name, surname, country of origin, citizenship number and if he is a foreign citizen, his passport number, passport issuing country and date of passport issuance, email address and telephone number must be mentioned.
